ALERT: NYS WEBSITE HACKED: A few minutes after taking control of IFMIS website, hackers have taken control of NYS website. It is not clear if the internal NYS systems have also been hacked. It is not clear if IFMIS systems have also been hacked. The hacking spree comes two days after President Uhuru ordered that all pending payments are cleared.
